You never said if an accident report was ever made. If not, I doubt the insurance company has any legal ground to come after you, even if the crash was determined to be your fault. Heck, there is not even any proof it was you in the collision! Plus, $175 is not worth their time. If it were me, I'd still pay if I thought it was my fault.
Yeah i did think about the fact that there was no police report made and that no one had more then my first name. So if i so wanted i could have walked away and no one would beable to find me. I'm not an ass like that and it was my fault so i will pay for it. I also work in the area at a music shop and the girl is a music student, so no point in making bad blood with a potential customer.
