I have a time trial bike that built. I cannot get smooth shifting with my configuration and wanted to see if maybe it is a compatability issue.

Configuration:
shifters: Shimano SL-BS77 bar end shifters
rear deraileur: Shimano Sora RD-3400-GS 9 speed deraileur
front deraileur: Shimano Sora FD-3400 double
crankset: Race Face Cadence 53/39 double
cassette: nashbar 9 speed 11-28
chain: nashbar 9 speed

I really need to get this thing shifting good before my first race in a couple of weeks.
