As mentioned, I trust and like my optician. It is the blanket dismissal of prescription wrap sunglasses that is making me look elsewhere. He said my prescription is not the problem, only that he had hassles with it before and doesn't want to go there. That is why I am pursuing it elsewhere. I will continue to go to my optician for all other stuff though.
You CAN see better than you might think with these fit overs. Oh yes, this advice will work for you unless you are a fashion slave that needs to look "cool".
That is a good idea, and I might end up with these if all else fails. I've looked into Vistana and other brands. But my preference is still a prescription wrap for corrected peripheral vision.
