I never use tire levers to install tires. Put your cycling gloves on. Wrap your fingers around the back side of the rim. Use your palms and thumbs to push the tire over the front side of the rim. Works every time, any tire, any rim.

Also, mount part of the tire near the stem last. That way, if you pinch the tube, you can just push the stem in a couple of times to un-pinch the tube.
