It seems that Mike Garcia has quite a bit of a following (especially on the Road forum). I was just wondering though. Is there something special that he is doing with his wheel builds? Prices maybe or special parts? From what I understand he is a wheel builder. But then again there are tons of us here who can build a wheel. So why are people scrambling for his business?
