Rain has its good and bad points. Guys tend to get a little lacks when it rains. Not too many attacks and stuff. So if you can get in a break, stick with it. Hope it goes well for you.
We're expecting a little rain too. But it's a crit. And they suck in the rain.
Thanks. I was originally going to pull out if it was raining due to my lack of pack riding experience (one more risk factor kind of thing you know). But I want to get the first one under my belt so badly. I may just go and slog through making sure I don't endanger anyone else in the process and see what happens.
BTW...I'm not a big fan of riding in the rain. I actually have to psych myself up into hopping in the shower in the moring. For some reason when I'm dry I don't like getting wet.
