The humidity today, along with some sunshine, sapped some power. I also had a blood draw this morning for several lab tests, not sure if that amounted to anything, but I think when you work to failure, everything matters. I'm happy with the workout. Met all goals until #5.
PowerTap is on its way to Saris so I'm going to be riding by PE tonight.
Might do hill repeats anyway. What was your rest like in between intervals?
