Yup. Seat went up 5mm, knee at 12 o'clock dropped 5mm, giving me a full 1cm more between my knee and my chest. Hip angle opened WAY up.
Also, I know that I will probably lose a few watts, just because I'm losing 3% leverage, but even if I lose a full 3% (which I won't), that would only bring my 310-315 watt FTP back to 300-305. Factor in being more aero, and it's probably a wash, if not actually being faster with less watts. Or at least that's the theory. =) We'll see how it actually pans out. I'm doing a sub 5hr century Saturday, so I'll probably have a good idea by the end of that ride.
