Also interesting are people who never have trouble or expenses with their car and or bike. I believe them and I envy them. There's this guy on my Ford Escape forum who says there's never anything wrong with his car and everyone else is having all kinds of weird issues. Just so interesting.
There are those out there. I have 80,000 miles on my truck now, I've replaced the tires once, brake pads once, oil and filter a few times and one front wheel bearing (can't complain about that since I have taken it off road). Brakes, tires, oil and filters are all normal maintenance items so I've made one $200 wheel bearing repair in the 4 years and 65k miles I've owned it. Some wiper blades and a couple bulbs. I'm going to replace the battery this year and the spark plugs and wires probably next year, they are gook for 100k but I'd rather do them early.
