No, its still right handed threading. What you see is a combination of 2 different BBs.

Most Shimano cartridge BB's thread in from the right (left hand thread) with the collar or removable cup threading in the from the right. I had a Shimano cartridge BB that threaded in from left meaning the main body has right handed threads. I used that main body with its right handed threads and installed into the right side, I tossed its right handed collar and used a left handed collar from a second BB.

I'm going to update this thread tomorrow with pictures of both BB's and the slight modification I made to the main body.
