so when people state that they have a resting heart rate of 50 and say another person's is 65, there is no way to say one is healthier than the other?
(I guess resting heart rate can only be gauged as a percent of max in order to determine "fitness"?)
A low resting heart rate is only one small part of fitness. For someone with poor cardiac output a resting rate of 50 might be too low.
