Uh yeah, I got that. But my point was that it's more practical to walk the bike up the hill than to use that contraption. If that's too hard for them, then does anyone really expect people like that to be riding a bike in the first place?
If it encourages cycling, then I can't really knock it, but I think it would require some coordination to use that thing, and if a cyclist doesn't have the ability to walk their bike up a hill then I don't see how they would have the coordination to use that lift. I guess I just don't see the practicality of having that lift.
