Has anybody heard of/tried this kind of tires (for a road bike)? Obvious limitations: probably a harder ride; no way to adjust/fine tune inflation (DUH!); possible to roll the tire (doesn't look like this thing is glued in place).

Anyway, I was just browsing the Web and came upon this. What's your opinion??
