Just did some measuring w/a digital cooking scale in the kitchen.
Stock Swift fork only: 894grams
Airnimal steering riser tube: 267grams
clamps, shims, stock headset: 167grams
Carbon fork was advertised at 435grams, but I didn't weigh it prior to install.
