Agreed, but it sure sounded (to me at least) like you were talking about competing LBSs when you said "elsewhere". Sorry I mistook your statement. That said, I see and hear a lot of what I was describing go on in many different industries. Maybe my take on it is somewhat unique since I end up in that position at times, seeing it from both sides of the equation. One thing's for sure....the consumer (of bikes or network services) is king and they'll get their best
perceived value for their money. That doesn't mean their perception is always correct
