Top, what workstand is that you're using? Is it a good one? I'm about to spend the money

The crankset is a big reason to get involved with Lambert/Viscount bikes. If not actually made by TA, it shares the chainrings and very narrow Q-factor. Adjustment to clear the FD and still get clean big ring upshifts is critical. I swapped out the small ring from 42t to 38t to help on hills. I paired it with a SunRace 13-28 7-speed freewheel. Their shifters suck, but the freewheels are good.
The workstand is a Spin Doctor Essential, available from Performance and Nashbar. If you watch their sales you can find one for about $50. It's well worth that, but it's not the Park floor stand I use in the store.

Those ARE 27" wheels. I had a bugger of a time scrounging up side pull calipers to fit. The Z-series Shimanos mounted usually have enough reach for 27"-700c conversions, and I had to file them to get them to work.
I'm waiting on Kurt to get back to me on a set of Weinmann 605s.
