Your dropouts are long enough that you will have quite a bit of choice in the matter. But the maximum difference will be pretty hard to discern while riding.
I have a Karate Monkey that I want to have as short a wheelbase as possible, so I keep it close to the front as possible so that it is as nimble as a tank like that can be. But it hardly matters.
Might as well aim for the middle.
