I had pizza for lunch. I feel light headed and shakey. I have bowell distress and am under a great deal of stress in my job. I have been cooped up in meetings all day and yesterday wore ill fitting steel toe boots resulting in knee stess.

I have a headache, I'm dehydrated, weird heart palpations and I think swine flu has infultrated the home....

Can't wait for tonight.
