The hardest thing about PI for me was finding the right fit, i didnt like the race chamois or the elite, eventually I found the pro in a size smaller and for some reason it fit better.
I definitely like the multi-layer shorts over the single layers and I got my GF a PI jersey and shorts that live up to what i expect from the name they bare.

Go to an outlet if you can find one. I got $200 shorts for $40
