Nacamiento-fergusson Road, just south of Kirk Creek campground in Big Sur. Bwah ha ha ha ha ha! 15% grade for like 6 or 8 miles.

Seriously, I like side trips that the road itself is the main event. There are tons of options between SF and Santa Cruz - Stage Road, Tunitas Creek, Pescadero Road, Empire Grade, to name a few.
