Thats a good point. I will definately consider amending the letter before sending it out, which will probably be Monday... thanks for the suggestion!

Complaining about the city not removing snow is fine, complaining about your neighbors is another issue. At least consider calling it "enforcement of existing snow removal Ordinances."
