Bikes: Nishiki Nut! International, Pro, Olympic 12, Sport mixte, and others too numerous to mention.
I don't see much point in changing anything on the Richard Sachs.
I do have a Bianchi Strada frame from Robbie which I think would be a good place to experiment with some rather more modern equipment.
