It is so true regarding TT helmets being being quite individual. The best time trial rider I know was re-fitted in a wind tunnel. About every helmet available was available for testing, and interestingly they all yielded different results for different people. The best one for him turned out to be the Uvex.
Aerodynamically, the Louis Garneaux Rocket fits my TT riding profile very nicely, but I am more comfortable wearing the Giro Advantage II. Unless you plan to be tested in a wind tunnel, wear the helmet that feels the most comfortable and/or looks the best. The Spiuk has a great design in that the back is filled in rather than open. It is popular with triathletes because it goes no easier than the Giro or the LG. I tried one, but did not like it. As you may or may not know Giro is a division of Bell Sports, hence they are now made by the same company and I think you will find them rather similar. Bottom line is that an aero helmet is probably the biggest bang for the buck next to aerobars to save watts.
