I think normal tires / tubes will be fine. My main issue is finding a good, reasonably priced place to order from. My tires are 700 x 25c. I am going to take it to the LBS to make sure the wheels are true and to get some general maintenance done, since I am new to this. But I would like to learn how to do all the maintenance myself, it's kind of fun.
