attempted 2x20' tonight, failed on the first one 13 minutes in. So my thought process goes: "well lets try waterrocket intervals"... did the first 2x1' then decided F it, ride home.
FAILURE.
I think 2 things were going on. 1) my base is kinda sucky, i have miles, but no long rides, which i think is hurting me. and 2) i ate a crapton of chinese food before my ride, and i think it weighed me down.
