I've only seen one titanium track frame ever (that I can recall) and that was here on BF. I have never seen one in person. 95% of the bikes at my local track are aluminum or carbon fiber. 5% are steel. 0% are titanium (that I've noticed). Some racers have the coin to have custom frames made to spec from scratch...none chose titanium.

EDIT: On a personal note, I have a late 90s track aluminum frame that was rigorously raced by 2 very powerful riders before me. One was an Olympian the other a Cat 1/2 road racer that raced track for fun. Those dudes put down lots of power. It's holding up just fine. Actually, it's bone-jarringly stiff. As stiff as my carbon fiber rig.
