Bikes: Ventana El Ciclon, Walt Works 29er, Specialized Enduro (fixed up for my son).

you could get a front disc wheel and just upgrade the front brake to BB7. This will help you the most and is the cheapest way to go.
Look on eBay too -all kinds of cheap BB7 brakes on there.
