I found a little Peuguot for my friend but he didn't really like it so I listed it on CL last week. I got about 20 responses in one afternoon and sold it to the first guy who came to see it. The weird thing is that this one person kept emailing me and emailing me, all afternoon, asking to come and get it right away for more money than I was asking for but, since I had arranged something already with this first guy, I declined. When I emailled this person saying that the bike was sold they asked me to give them the email of the guy that I had sold it to as they would offer him more money, a request which I also declined as I thought that would be betraying the buyer's trust. This person emailed me again today begging for the person's email. Crazy. I guess demand really is THAT high.
