Anyone experience a HR spike on descents?
This is odd. I use a Garmin and my HR spiked above 200 in all five of today's descents. Seconds after the descents were over, my HR went back to the level it was before (~120). I didn't feel any different before, during and after the spikes. Anyone experience this? Can adrenaline cause these spikes?
I'll try wearing my Polar tomorrow to see if it sees the same thing.
