Prove it to us! Show us the interminable waits as you sit behind bicyclist after bicyclist in the lane on your way to work.

Keep your calculators handy, kids, to add up all those precious wasted seconds in Fast Cloud's life. He's obviously a very busy man- we certainly don't want to keep him tied up on the internet any longer than we absolutely have to.

Pretty heady challenge there buzzman... I don't believe it can be done...
First he has to find that rare species... a cyclist; you know, that one percenter of American road users.
Then he has to show, I believe he stated, "fifteen" motorists, too dumb to change lanes... (actually that might be the easy part... )
And then, on top of that... there has to be delay... real delay above and beyond that of a traffic light, or congestion otherwise caused by other motorists in their nearly empty cars.
That's a tough challenge.
I don't believe it can be done.
