Got a morning ride in today, didn't really feel good the whole way... Maybe because I got started right when it started getting hot, not sure. I think I'm ok when I start out and its already hot, but not so good when it keeps getting hotter and hotter as I go..

Anyway got a 22 mile & some change ride in today..
