Oh please, get off your high horse. Those deaths are not caused by drunks nor in all cases bad driving. I'm not sure what my original point has to do with "disrespect for human life," nor what requiring someone to pass a simulated driving test before they can go to work would do to prevent death on the roads.
Driving a car will never be 100% safe, and neither will riding a bike, walking down the road, or even sitting completely motionless in a fort made from the cushions of your couch. You're quite naive if you think otherwise. Sorry for making you barf I guess.
