From: 6 miles inland from the coast of Sussex, in the South East of England

Bikes: Dale MT2000. Bianchi FS920 Kona Explosif. Giant TCR C. Boreas Ignis. Pinarello Fp Uno.

Around 1800 gms is about right for a better wheel set. 3 kgs does seem high for the Alex wheelset though but one thing you will notice with the Easton wheels--NO FLEX.

Less Rotating weight is a factor on acceleration but once up to speed- it does not make a great deal of difference. But rotating weight also includes the tyres do look for a "Folding" tyre to lose some more weight and you will really notice the difference.
