How does Miyata measure frame size? I have often heard people say that, for example, a 60cm Miyata will fit more like a 58cm. Did Miyata do seat tube length to the top of the top tube or even the top of the seat tube?
I have been looking for a 1987 912 for forever and want to make sure if I should look for a 60cm or a 63cm (the two largest sizes as spec'd by the catalogs).
