I would dispute the charge(s) with your credit card holder, have them close the current account and send you a card with a new account number.
I know this is only my suspicion, and the fact that my home number was wrong in both the Nashbar and Grolier account is not great evidence...but really I have had no problems with this kind of thing until I added a new address on my nashbar account a few weeks ago.
I am willing to bet that this is part of their business model...bc they really are selling things 10-20% cheaper than anywhere else online.
