What makes you think this is anything other than bog standard CC fraud due to hacking or an internal leak? I'm not very fond of Nashbar, but you have no basis at all to make the acquisition that they have knowingly passed on your CC info. This is how bogus rumors get started.

Someone got hold of your CC number and ordered some books and screwed up the shipping address, plain and simple. Check out some of the other threads about this exact same thing with other companies. There is no conspiracy by Nashbar to sell you books that you didn't order.

BTW, have you contacted Nashbar about this?
