Someone got hold of your CC number and ordered some books and screwed up the shipping address, plain and simple. Check out some of the other threads about this exact same thing with other companies. There is no conspiracy by Nashbar to sell you books that you didn't order.

It's so easy for people to get CC info.

Cardholder liability is normally zero so people are safe. It's a just a headache straightening it out.

This is one reason why interest rates are high and benefits are dropping.
