Just got this built up about an hour ago. It's a pre-production sample of the T1 for 2010. Thank god they got rid of that ******** sparkle red color...

There are a few differences between this one and the production models. The TREK decal will be the new font style as seen on the production Madone's in white block letters. This will be the only decal besides the adhesive backed aluminum head badge.

This isn't the stock drivetrain either. It will be a standard SRAM PC-1 chain and Dura-Ace cog as on the current production. Bars, steam, and seatpost will be Bontrager Race, as opposed to the RXL stuff pictured. Saddle is some piece of **** Bontrager that will land straight in the garbage.

Wheels are the same "Bontrager Approved" set that comes on the Soho S. Decent stuff, I like the full spoke count better than the paired spoke Bonty Selects it used to come with. The black machined rims look sick too. I think the stock tires will be Bontrager Race Lite but I'm not entirely sure.


The fork looks a lot better out of direct sunlight. Much more obvious fading
