Alright, still at it. I'm moving slowly and one step at a time, because I don't want to get too far ahead of myself and order a bunch of stuff I don't need.

After getting everything taken off the frame and giving it a thorough cleaning, I think I've settled on keeping the stem and handlebars, as well as the seat and post. Everything else, I'd like to replace. Wheels/hubs, cranks and pedals, chain, and bottom bracket.

Can someone recommend a good bottom bracket that will work with my frame (and maybe a set of compatible cranks)?

I'm not entirely sure what size bottom bracket I should be looking for, which is part of why I'm asking here. I'll attach a quick picture of the original part. Three pieces.
