Bikes: Mostly English - predominantly Raleighs

I am fresh meat. Turned 50 in April

1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Mostly Classic & Vintage stuff - I have nine bicycles of various sorts (from a 1954 Hetchin's Magnum Opus to a 2008 Surly Long Haul Trucker Most of mine date from the 70's though) and a unicycle.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Herbalife vitamins and supplements

3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I have slowed down a lot from when I was 20, but I can kick butt on the vast majority of 50 year-olds in society at-large, so I don't feel quite so bad.

4. How long have you been biking?
First bike when I was 5. There was a rather long hiatus from about 1981 - 2003 in there though.

5. What type of biking do you do?
I'm an aspiring (if lazy) randonneur. Most rides are 15-40 miles though.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
I've been averaging 2,000 miles a year, but work and other obligations have really cut into things this past year. I'm actually trying to position myself to ride much more regularly - we'll see how that turns out. I'm a major weather-wuss. I don't enjoy riding when it's less than 50 degrees out.
