If it's an inflamed or stuck sacroiliac joint, then chiropractic, plus some yoga poses -- warrior position type stuff to open up the joint. Google "sacroiliac joint dysfunction" for some good stretches.
If it's a torn/strained muscle, then PT, ice.
Massage good for both. Be careful about taking too many painkillers and relying on them (stomach problems, liver problems).

Nope, warrior poses will only aggravate that type of injury; they open up the other side of the joint, and feature contraction of the muscles in that area, which is exactly what you don't want to do.
I'd follow the advice that Dr. Pete and others are advising, anti-inflammatories, rest and PT for a bit longer. I'd avoid yoga for awhile unless you are already a fairly advanced practitioner, as that's an area where you can aggravate such an injury quite easily doing yoga poses if you don't know how far to push it before backing off.
