yeah they feel horrible when you turn them by hand ... all do ...
The Dahon Joule hub can use a nice little adjustment of the cones.. but than it will still feel rough.. thats what the electric does ... it pushes and pulls.. and here is the secret of any gen hub.. when you drive the two forces almost eliminate eachother .... hence much less problem to rotate the wheel....

you need small spade connectors ..I would suggest that you put a glob of silicon glue on them when you have the wires connected ...

Light you need a 6 volt light with a switch .. thes witch will engage the generator hub


h the son hub is nice I am working on a complete wheel deal for 20 inch bikes... dont expect it to be anywhere near the Dahon wheel ( 89 dlr ) Its more like 360 dlr for the son wheel
