If you are already fit- dropping weight probably wont change your blood pressure. For some reason the body will decide to defend a higher blood pressure than normal (nobody knows why) and then you get high bp because your body thinks that is what it should be. 135/80 isn't that bad- a lot of people would like to have those numbers in my pharmacy.
