BB and freewheel hub spacers?

I'm assembing an old bike from parts on hand and the drivetrain has some issues.

1. I have put a 6-speed freewheel on a 126mm-spaced Campagnolo Record, English-threaded rear hub. There is quite a gap to the right dropout that I can probably fill with some freewheel spacers. I'll be using a Nuovo Record RD.

2. The English-threaded BB is a 1977 Sugino Mighty double. I have two Campagnolo Record drive-side crank arms, one stamped circle-3 and the other (nicer of the two) is diamond-8. Both have 42-tooth inside chainrings that interfere with the chainstay when installed, more so with the diamond-8. I'm thinking that a spacer or two on the drive-side cup would do the trick. There is leeway on the left side cup and axle-to-arm spacing to shift right.

Q. Is this correct, and if so, what parts/spacers are needed and where might they be found?

Thanks
