Thunderstorms early this morning with wind gust of 20 30 mph. So I skipped the physical therapy and instead rode the new bike tothe bike shop on the way to work. The new bike needs adjusting. Had clipless pedals put on and raised the seat. We measured my instep and my other bike, which is at the shop. I still have some adjusting to do before it feels good.n
