From: Beaufort, South Carolina, USA and surrounding islands.

Bikes: Cannondale R500, Motobecane Messenger

In that price range, you can get a really good mid range bike with 105/Veloce groupset/grouppo and still get pedals. May not be carbon fiber, but still a racable bike.
