steamroller? sanchez? rush? pake? iro?

i am buying my first new bike and it will also be my first fixie. i want to use this bike to commute ten miles a day and also to ride around for a bit of exercise. i want something that is comfortable for me to ride, is light, goes fast, and is gonna last a long time.

so far i am considering the surly steamroller, swobo sanchez, soma rush, pake track, felt brougham, or an iro.
i like the swobo cause it has a longer wheelbase and i've read rave reviews on their website but here i've read that they are "trendy garbage."
i'm 5'7" and my legs are kinda short so i need something 49-51 cm but i dont want to feel to scrunched up when i'm riding.
i dont know too much about somas or pakes but ive heard that they are a good deal for the money. the felts are brand knew and i dont even know if you can get one yet but apparently a complete one only weighs 19 lbs.
i see a lot of people riding iros but i dont know anything about em.

what do people think of these bikes?
are there any others that i should consider?

thanks!
