What are those brakes?

We're waiting on a threading check.
I did check the threading yesterday evening, and headset and BB are indeed English. There's a serial # on the BB, but it's under a plastic cable guide, so I need to pry that off before I can read it.
As far as components, the seller told me he pulled the components off of an early 70s Raleigh Competition after he had beaten that frame up on the racing circuit: Huret Jubilee mechs, Universal 68 sidepull brakes and levers, TA 3-pin crankset, Argentinian-made Campy knock-off pedals, Campy headset, TA BB, mismatched sew up rims (Fiamme red-label rear and Nisi front), Normandy Luxe high-flange hubs, Gipiemme seatpost, and Unicanitor saddle, 3ttt Record stem and (I think) Cinelli bars. I'll probably sell off some of those bits to recoup some of my cost, but I haven't quite decided how to set the thing up. It might be an excuse to put my 7-speed Shimano brifter setup in use.
