If you're looking for a full fitting, you need a pro or a lot of learning. If you want to know what's a reasonable range of seat tube sizes for you for a vintage frame, we know enough to help you. But you do need to have a correct and precise (millimeters would not be excessive resolution) measurement of your cycling inseam.

If you go to a shop, do the cash. Getting their best work is important.

As far as what's out there, I have a California Masi that is 51 cm c-c (yes, I know, this is not how Masi specified them), and a bud of mine has an Italian one that is a centimeter smaller. They exist.
