If one were to upgrade any of their 2009 Rival components to Force and or Red what would they be and why (besides weight and aesthetics). I ask because all the names of the different "technologies" sram uses seems to have gotten me confused.

Why are you replacing? If you're buying piece by piece, I get this question, but if you already have a brand new 2009 group on your bike, I would not replace anything.
